In the Database, you can find three descriptors of drug-likeness activity, number of donors of hydrogen bond (DH), number of acceptors of hydrogen bond (AH) and number of rotable bonds (RB). For some structures, logP, pKa1 and pKa2 as well as Solubility values are calculated.
